How can I return / exchange a product?
A. With account
- Login on our website.
- Go to my orders.
- Click on return after the relevant order.
If this is not visible, turn your screen vertically for a moment or perform these steps on your computer. Given the limited width of a horizontal mobile phone, this is not always shown.

B. Without an account
Request a guest password here and log in with your e-mail address. Follow step A1 to request your return.
Your order is offered by PostNL, for orders over € 80 (NL) and with package you will receive a track and trace code with which you can track your order. If your order does not meet these criteria, it will be presented to you as a letterbox package without track and trace code. Normally you will receive your order the next working day if you have placed your order before 16:00 (NL). The delivery time to Belgium is between 1-3 days.
Are you not at home? Then Post NL will try to deliver your delivery to your neighbors and you will receive a collection message in your mailbox. If this is not possible, Post NL will make another delivery attempt at a later date. If you can not accept this delivery, you can pick up your order at the post office. Post NL will always leave a collection message in your mailbox when you can pick up the package.
In the Netherlands the shipping costs of both letterbox and parcel post are free.
To Belgium we use shipping costs of € 2.80 - € 3.50 depending on the weight for letterbox mail and € 5.99 for parcel post.
To Germany we use shipping costs of € 2.80 for letterbox mail and € 5.99 for parcel post.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 60 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 60 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically seize the good.
