It can always be that you have complaints about our products or services.
We advise you to first report complaints to us by emailing [email protected] We will work with you to find a solution to resolve the dispute to the satisfaction of both options.
Your complaint will receive a substantive response within 24 hours. You will receive a status update from us when your complaint has been processed.

Guarantee
123watches guarantees the virtue of the items you order from us. You therefore receive at least a three-month warranty on all our items and a warranty period of no less than one year on our branded products, and we also promise a quick warranty claim. Our warranty does not apply to a defect that is caused by wear and tear, wrong or heavy use, fall and impact damage unless otherwise stated.
The aforementioned warranty does not affect the legal guarantee that applies to all items that you buy from us. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can expect in all reasonableness.
